How much do you charge?Our pricing structure is as follows: Face-to-face tutoring: SATs Maths - £30 per hour GCSE Maths - £40 per hour A-Level Maths - £45 per hour Online tutoring: SATs Maths - £25 per hour GCSE Maths - £35 per hour A-Level Maths - £40 per hour

Will the tutor come to us or will we have to go to them?All our tutors will travel to you. We just ask that an suitable environment is provided so that the tutoring can take place without any distractions.

What happens if my child is ill the day we normally have our tutoring lesson?People get ill, it can’t be helped. You will not be charged for a lesson if your child is unable to have it due to illness. You should, however, try to rearrange the lesson with the tutor for another time that week if possible and convenient to you both.

We have a pre booked holiday and our child won’t be able to have his\her tutoring sessions during this time, will we still get charged?"No, you will not be charged but we ask that you let the tutor know of any holidays you have planned well in advance.

What do will do if we are unhappy with the service the tutor is providing?If you unhappy with the service that the tutor is providing or you do not think the tutor is suitable for your child, please contact us as soon as possible and we will find you a suitable replacement.

Do I pay the tutor?No, you do not pay the tutor. The tutor will have a timesheet and will ask you to sign this at the end of each lesson. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice from us based on the number of hours of tutoring you have received. We will ask you to pay this amount directly into our bank account within 3 working days from the date of the invoice.
