The homeschooling community in the UK is growing. More parents are now choosing to homeschool their children instead to sending them to public or private school. According to a recent study by the education publication – Schools Week, the number of children being home schooled has almost doubled in the past six years in the UK. If you have taken the decision to homeschool your child, you are solely responsible for providing them with a broad and engaging education. We understand that this is not a easy task.

 

Kapasi Maths Tutoring offers both face-to-face and online maths lessons for parents and guardians who have decided to home educate their children.

 

Our qualified and highly experienced maths tutors are available to provide maths lessons during the school day for Key Stage 1 and 2, Key stage 3, GCSE, AS and A-Level Maths students at times that fit in to your child’s homeschooling schedule.

 

A central part of any homeschooling program is that it must be centred around your child. A rigorous initial assessment will be carried out before we start homeschooling your child. This allows us to advise you on how many hours of maths they would require and create a bespoke, personalised plan to ensure we fill in any gaps in their knowledge, creating a solid foundation on which we can build on, before teaching them new topics of maths.

 

Assessments are carried out at regular intervals to ensure your child is making good progress and this also provides us with valuable information on how best to help them progress to the next step of their learning journey.

 

Feedback is provided to parents as often as they would like and can be given at the end of every lesson.
