Richard S

Richard graduated from the University of Southampton in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Mathematics with Chemistry and went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) the following year (1988) through the University of Leeds specialising in Secondary Mathematics and Science Education.

 

Since then, Richard has had a decorated career, working at both secondary schools and further educational institutions as a Teacher/Lecturer of Maths. In the early years of his teaching career, Richard worked as an A-Level Maths Teacher in Tanzania for three years.

 

His most recent position has been with Keele University as a Teaching Fellow and Area Coordinator with the Advanced Maths Support Programme where he planned and delivered training to teachers who taught GCSE and A-Level Maths amongst other things.
