Sarah M

Prior to becoming a qualified teacher, Sarah gained a vast amount of experience in education through voluntary work at local primary school, working as a supply teacher, working as a teaching assistant and, most significantly, teaching the iGCSE curriculum at an independent international school.

Since obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Staffordshire University in 2018, Sarah has taught maths at several schools in Stoke-on-Trent and currently teaches at Haywood Academy where she has an addition role of curriculum development.

Sarah has a passion for teaching maths and strives to inspire her students which shines through in her tutoring. She has an excellent knowledge of the maths curriculum which helped one of her students to achieve a Grade 9 in 2024. 

 

When Sarah is not teaching or tutoring you will find her printing as she also runs her own small printing business on Etsy.
